Strong partnerships, a new Technical Center, growth “Champions” and “Leaders” and more than 1,400 Smart Centers in Europe.
Interesting 2021, isn’t it?
We just got to the end of 2021 and it’s time for us to take stock of the year.
It’s clear: 2021 has definitely been a year of conquests or, rather, of revenge, against that 2020 in which we were forced to give a new direction to our lives.
This is the Lever Touch of 2021: a company in which each Lever was able to rediscover his/her freedom by giving, as always, 120% in his/her job.
And the results prove it.
Because we never settle. You should know that.
We wish you a pleasant reading and, above all, Happy Holidays.
GLOBAL
Growth leaders and champions
For the second consecutive year, Lever Touch has been recognised as a high-growth company.
The “Leader Della Crescita” statistics (compiled by Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore) and “Campioni della Crescita” (compiled by Istituto Tedesco Qualità and La Repubblica – Affari e Finanza) show exceptional results: with over 25% annual growth, we rank first as a company providing services to the Automotive market.
Our secret?
Continuing to consolidate our growth plan.
Focused 120% on our vision for 2025!
SPAIN
Welcome to the new Autoterminal Technical Center by Lever Touch
This year we have joined forces with “the gateway to southern Europe”.
Autoterminal is the vehicle logistics platform for the Mediterranean countries and the rest of Europe, a center that has been operating for more than 30 years in the intermodal transport of vehicles by sea and land from the Port of Barcelona.
More than 5,000 m² and a center equipped with the latest technology in repair services for large fleets of vehicles will allow us to express our full potential, also thanks to our range of services based on repair, customization and maintenance for the automotive world.
Don’t forget that, as always, we’ll be operating by the concept of express repair at all times, something we have been mastering for almost 30 years.
ITALY
More than 400 Smart Centers in Italy and more than 1,400 in Europe
This year, we have reached the figure of 400 workshops partners throughout Italy. An important network, which enabled us to assist all our Italian customers in record time during the hail emergency.
Made in Italy Partnerships of the year: Pirelli, Wurth, Rentalplus, Rasotto Group and General Expert
If, on the one hand, our Express Repair Center in Caserta has become a Mobility Center thanks to our partnership with Rentalplus, suitable for short, medium and long term rental, on the other hand, Wurth Modyf is, as of this year, our official partner in the production and distribution of work clothes for our technicians.
Our company is also supporting our new travel partner, Pirelli, with its range of tire services throughout Italy, focused on repair and replacement in its Driver Centers.
Rasotto Group, a leading concern from the Italian region of Veneto providing services for workshops, especially bodywork, mechanics, maintenance and glass services, joins our team for hail damage repair support, as does General Expert. The latter, known for its long-standing support to the insurance world, joined our network in October. Together, we have started to handle hail claims and additional warranty damages for the main Italian insurance companies.
OPERATIONS IN THE WORLD
8 European countries visited!
Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland have been Lever Touch territories.
We’ve been traveling a lot, haven’t we? We would do anything to provide technical support to our customers and our partners’ customers in repairing hail and storm damage to vehicles.
THINKING TOGETHER
In a year where the shortage of microchips and raw materials has affected the automotive world, Lever Touch has always been at the manufacturers’ side, in order to speed up deliveries of cars affected by the weather.
There is one question we can’t get out of our minds.
And we want to share it with you:
Considering that by the end of 2020 we had carried out 487,655 repairs in 24 countries, do you think that by the end of 2021 we’ll have passed the milestone of 500,000 cars repaired in our history?
Stay tuned… We’ll tell you soon.
