We are selecting a new generation of PDR technicians to be trained in our Academy.

At the moment, the “art” of PDR technicians is one of the most sought-after professions in the automotive sector.

PDR technician: the ideal candidate

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS GOOD MANUAL DEXTERITY, A PASSION FOR CARS AND THE PATIENCE TO LEARN AN ART THAT REQUIRES A LOT OF PRACTICE TO WORK PROPERLY.

The participant will have an employment contract from day one and will be guided by a technical trainer in our Academy and while working at customers’ premises.

We offer a three-year training course where you will learn:

Paintless Dent Repair Techniques to restore bodywork from hail damages.
Smart Repair Techniques.
Disassembly | assembly.
Car cleaning | polishing.
Interior restoration| Work on plastic.
Glasses replacement and repair.
Fundamentals of mechanics, mechatronics, and tyre repair.

The new figure will become, to all intents and purposes, a true expert in the application of the various PDR techniques (levers, hot melt adhesives and induction) and Smart Repairs for the repair of hailed cars (or damaged by other causes) for car manufacturers, insurance companies, fleet owners and dealers.
