Axalta technology: Operational efficiency and Sustainability
In the field of vehicle refinishing, innovation is key to improving the quality and efficiency of each service. At Autoterminal Techical Center vy Lever Touch, we are known for incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as the Axalta machine.
The revolutionary Axalta technology for refinishing cars
The technology of Axalta, one of the world’s leading suppliers of paints and coatings, not only guarantees impeccable and durable finishes, but also redefines the standard of excellence in the car refinishing process.
Advantages of the Axalta system
This innovative machine, the first of its kind in Spain and the second in Europe, represents a milestone in the automotive industry, since it is able to produce paint completely automatically, and Lever Touch has it to provide the best service to its customers at the facilities located in the port.
The strategic partnership with Axalta and its revolutionary Daisy Wheel 3.0 machine have resulted in an innovative automatic paint mixing system that integrates seamlessly with the digital ecosystem in the Axalta cloud.
The most important advantages of using this technology include:
Efficient and precision colour mixing
Axalta uses the system of pre-filled, two-layer basecoat Standox bottles through the first fully automated colour mixing process in the refinishing industry. The product is dosed precisely and efficiently using the Daisy Wheel 3.0 dosing machine from Fillon Technologies, significantly cutting down on work time.
Your time is important
At Lever Touch, we know how valuable your time is. With Daisy Wheel 3.0, we not only save time mixing colours, we also reduce the bottlenecks in the bodyshop’s work queue. This allows us to guarantee a faster and more efficient experience and focus on what matters: providing an exceptional refinishing service.
Environmental and financial benefits
Axalta’s technology not only improves operating efficiency, it also contributes to sustainability. Lower paint use, the ability to clean the box without splashing, less paint waste and better mixing accuracy all translate into energy savings of up to 50%.
